体部伽玛刀配合增敏剂及热疗治疗上腔静脉综合征疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析体部伽玛刀配合增敏剂及热疗治疗上腔静脉综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例上腔静脉综合征患者,采用体部伽玛刀治疗,所有患者均给予放射增敏剂治疗,30例患者配合内生场热疗。结果体部伽玛刀配合增敏及热疗组治疗2周内症状缓解率(70.0%)明显高于体部伽玛刀配合增敏组(43.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效率为93.3%,亦高于体部伽玛刀配合增敏组(83.3%)。治疗后局部控制率及1年生存率优于体部伽玛刀配合增敏组。结论体部伽玛刀配合增敏剂及热疗治疗上腔静脉综合征是一种安全、有效的局部治疗方式。Objective To study the clinical effect of body-gamma knife with sensitizer and hyperthermia for superior vena cava syndrome（SVCS）.Methods Sixty patients with SVCS were treated with body-gamma knife.The radio sensitizer was delivered to all patients during 0-3 h before body-gamma knife treatment and 30 out of them were additionally given local endogenetic thermotherapy during treatment of body-gamma knife.Results In the group treated by body-gamma knife with sensitizer and hyperthermia,the effective rate within two weeks was 70.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the group treated by body-gamma knife with sensitizer（43.3%）.The overall response rate（93.3%） was higher than that of the group treated by body-gamma knife with sensitizer（83.3%）.Conclusion Body-gamma knife treatment with sensitizer and hyperthermia is a safe and useful method in the treatment of SVCS.
