康惠尔溃疡贴在PICC后敷贴所致湿疹中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨康惠尔溃疡贴在经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)后敷贴所致湿疹中的应用效果。方法将60例PICC后敷贴所致的湿疹患者分为2组,对照组采用局部涂抹地塞米松软膏外加敷贴固定方法;观察组用生理盐水清洗湿疹部位,待干后用康惠尔溃疡贴于患处。统计2组患者湿疹症状评分改善情况,观察临床总有效率的差异。结果观察组总有效率(86.7%)明显高于对照组(63.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用康惠尔溃疡贴治疗PICC置管后敷贴所致湿疹有显著疗效,且易于固定,既方便又安全。Objective To explore the efficacy of comfeel ulcer dressing on eczema caused by peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods Sixty patients of eczema caused by PICC were divided into control group （ n = 30） which received dexamethasone ointment and application fix and treatment group （n = 30） which received comfeel ulcer dressing after having been cleaned with physiological saline. Results The overall efficacy rate （86.7%） in the treatment group was obv ously higher than that in the control group （63.3 % ） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfeel ulcer dressing has significant therapeutic effect on eczema caused by PICC, furthermore is easy to he fixed with convenience and salty.
