利妥昔单抗治疗18例儿童难治性肾病的护理

摘　　要：目的观察应用利妥昔单抗治疗18例儿童难治性肾病的临床护理要点。方法严格无菌操作,控制输液速度,密切观察利妥昔单抗治疗期间,患儿血压、心率的变化以及水肿消退情况,注意有无过敏反应的发生。结果 18例患儿治疗期间无任何不良反应,水肿明显减轻,无血压降低表现。结论利妥昔单抗用于治疗难治性肾病,护理时必须严格无菌操作,控制输液速度先慢后快,密切观察生命体征及不良反应,可保证治疗的顺利进行。Objective To observe the nursing strategies of Rituximab in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in 18 children. Methods Sterile operation was strictly followed and transfusion speed was controlled. Blood pressure, changes of heart rate, edema and allergic reaction during the treatment were closely observed. Results All 18 cases had no adverse reactions. The edema eased obviously without any decrease of blood pressure. Conclusion Sterile operation must be strictly followed, transfusion speed must be appropriately controlled, vital signs and adverse reactions must be closely observed when Rituximab is applied in refactory nephritic syndrome.
