摘　　要：以磷酸三乙酯、硝酸铝和正硅酸乙酯为原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法成功地制备了掺杂有Al2 O3和P2 O5的SiO2 玻璃。通过热分析和表面分析研究了凝胶向玻璃的转化过程 ,解释了热处理过程中的碳化现象 ,确定了热处理的适宜温度和时间。研究了掺杂有Al2 O3和P2 O5的SiO2 玻璃的光学性质。Silica glasses containing aluminium oxide and phosphorus pentoxide have been prepared by sol-gel method.Triethyl phosphate,aluminium nitrate and ethyl silicate are used as staring materials.The transition process of gels to glasses are investigated by thermoanalysis and surface analysis.The reason of carbonization of gel under heat treatment process is described and the optimal temperature and time of heat treatment are achieved.Optical characteristics of silica glasses containing aluminium oxide and phosphorus pentoxide are measured.
