摘  要:用含氢硅油、烯丙基聚醚为原料,铂为催化剂制备有机硅表面活性剂(S);考察了各反应条件对合成S的影响;并使用红外光谱、接触角测定仪等对其进行表征;将S作为乳化剂应用在苯丙乳液中。实验结果表明,在原料配比为1∶1,80℃下反应5 h,催化剂用量6×10-6时,合成的产率最高为95.23%;用S作为乳化剂合成的苯丙乳液随着S用量的增加,乳液聚合单体转化率和乳液稳定性先增加后稳定、乳液粒子平均粒径、乳胶膜吸水率先降低后变化趋于平缓。The polydimethyl silicone surfactant(S) was prepared using the polyhydrosiloxanes and poly- osyalkylene as raw materials and Pt as catalyst. The effect of the ratio of raw materials, the reaction time and temperature,the dosage of catalyst on synthesis of S was discussed. The properties of S were determined by FT - IR spectroscopy and the contact angle meter. The usage of S as emulsifier in styrene-acrylate emulsion were studied. The results showed that the yield reached 95.23% when the ratio of raw materials was 1:1 at 80 ℃ tbr 5 h ,the dosage of Pt was 6 x 10-6. With increasing dosage late emulsion, the monomer conversion and the stability of emulsion ble, the average of emulsion particle size and the water absorption of then became stable.of S as the emulsifier in styrene-acry-became higher firstly and then were sta-the emulsion film were lower firstly and
