摘　　要：为了满足轿车主副司机座椅骨架零部件强度和安全性要求,提出了拉延成型的设计方法,构建了合理的工艺方案,设计了合理的模具结构。进行了加工零件的检测试验。实验结果表明,加工出的零件满足了产品的设计要求和性能要求。In order to meet the strength and security requirement of the driver seat skeleton of car parts.The design method of pulling out molding has been put forward,the rational process scheme has been constructed,the reasonable structure of the die has been designed.Processing components have been tested,the experimental results show that the parts processed meet the design requirements and performance requirements.
