摘　　要：介绍了聚合釜更新改造前后工艺流程的对比、聚合釜主要结构参数的对比、主要设备变动情况的对比及聚合釜自控系统改造的基本内容。重点介绍了聚合釜改造前后的聚合反应速率、关键助剂的配方量及聚合工艺控制方面发生的重大变化。A series of contrasting data including the technological flowsheet,the key construction parameters of polymerization reactor,the alteration of main equipment,and the change of process control system,before and after the revamping are given.Changes relating to the polymerization reaction rate,the key assistant agent formula ratio and the technological control are emphatically described.
