摘  要:用草酸腐刻、双环动电位电化学再活化(DL-EPR)及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)3种方法评价了不同温度(550~800℃)退火处理4 h后Incoloy800合金的晶间腐蚀敏感性,研究了退火温度对Incoloy800合金晶间腐蚀敏感性的影响。分别用光学显微镜(OPM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了敏化样品经草酸腐刻后的微观结构和DL-EPR测试后的表面形貌。结果表明3种方法评价结果一致,随着退火温度升高,Incoloy800合金的敏化度先增大后减小,在650和700℃下退火4 h后高度敏化,再活化率Ra均大于30%,而在800℃退火4 h后未被敏化。Susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of Incoloy 800 alloy annealed at various temperatures ranging from 550 ℃ to 800 ℃ for 4 h was investigated by means of electrolytic etching in oxalic acid,double-loop electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation(DL-EPR) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) technique.The morphology and microstructure of the alloy after DL-EPR test and electrolytic etching in oxalic acid were examined by optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy technique.It is found that some results are observed by the different evaluating technique.It suggests that the susceptibility of Incoloy 800 increases with annealing temperature raised from 550 ℃ to 650 ℃,while a contrary trend is found when the temperature range of 650 ℃ and 800 ℃,resulting from the healing effect incurred by the diffusion of chromium from adjacent grains to chromium-depleted zones.
