摘  要:过滤是给水处理中非常重要的工艺。结合沙口水厂实际情况对V型滤池进行试验,结果表明:①经过监控滤后水水质,优化反冲洗控制模式,可在增加供水安全性的同时节能降耗;②优化反冲洗时间配比,经过试验选择气洗3 min、气水洗5 min、水洗5 min较为合适;③对滤头进行维护可改善曝气均匀性,并使反冲洗气压回落至正常范围;④滤料需定期进行补充,可通过筛分试验、表面附着物分析等评价其截污性能。Filtering plays a decisive role in water supply treatment. Experiments for V-type filter were carried out at the Shakou Waterworks. The results showed that: ①After monitoring filtered water and optimizing control mode of backwashing, water supply security could be increased while reducing en- ergy consumption ; ② The proportion of backwashing time was optimized to 3 rain air washing, 5 rain air- water washing and 5 min water washing; ③ Maintenance of filter strainers could improve aeration homogeneity, and air pressure in backwashing could be reduced to its normal range; ④ Filter material needed regular replenishment. Its interception performance could be evaluated through screening test and analysis of the surface material.
