摘　　要：介绍了UASB-CASS工艺处理啤酒废水的工艺设计及运行效果。工程设计规模为3 000 m3/d,经过3个多月的调试运行,出水CODCr≤80 mg/L、BOD5≤20 mg/L、氨氮≤15 mg/L,SS≤70 mg/L,达到《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB 19821—2005)。该工艺处理效果好、运行稳定、费用低、管理方便,具有推广价值。The technology processing of UASB-CASS for treating beer wastewater and its technological design and operational effect are introduced. The design capacity of the process is 3 000 m3/d. After the debugging operation for more than three months, the effluent CODc,, BODs, ammonia-nitrogen, SS are less than or equal to 80,20, 15,70 mg/L,respectively,meeting the Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Beer Industry （GB 19821--2005）. This process has many advantages, such as effective pollutant removal, reliable operation, low consumption and easy control, having promotion value.
