摘　　要：发明的技术效果以及说明书中是否有相应的实验数据对于化学领域的发明是否充分公开以及是否具备创造性具有重要的意义。本文通过案例分析了在药物领域尤其是涉及剂型改进以及联合用药发明中如何根据发明要解决的技术问题以及现有技术提供实验数据,对申请人撰写申请文件具有现实的指导意义。The technical effects and the related experimental evidence in the description of patents are of great importance for judging whether the said invention has been disclosed sufficiently and whether it involves an inventive step in chemical field. In this paper, several cases of inventions in pharmaceutical field, especially inventions in respect of dosage improvement and drug combination, are analyzed in order to explain how to provide experimental evidence on the basis of describing the target technical problem the invention intended to solve and the prior art. This articel has practical significance for applicants to write their applications.
