摘 要:机械密封端面微变形是造成机械密封失效的主要原因之一,是机械密封研究的主要课题之一。对国内外机械密封端面微变形的研究现状和进展进行了分析,表明理论模型只能求解一些几何形状比较规则的密封环,应用范围非常有限;数值模拟方法中有限元法不仅可以求解截面形状复杂的密封环,而且还可模拟机械密封实际工况,应用和发展潜力很大。端面微变形测试是采用传统电阻应变测试方法,该方法以点测量为基础,不能获得全场的变形信号。因此,寻找更可靠的测试技术并研制一套测量系统已经成为目前机械密封端面微变形研究的重要课题。The micro-deformations of end faces of mechanical seals lead to the failures of mechanical seals, so it is one of the main research subjects of mechanical seals. The status and progress of the research on the micro-deformations of mechanical seals were analyzed, which shows that the theoretical models are only useful for the mechanical seal tings with the regular geometrical shape, and has very limited application. Finite element method of numerical simulation methods is useful for the mechanical seal rings not only with the complex geometrical shape but also in the actual working conditions, which has great potentiality. The micro-deformations of end faces of mechanical seals were measured by the electric resistance strain measurement method. The information of a point in end faces of mechanical seals was measured, so there are a lot of limitations. Therefore, the search for more reliable testing technology and the development of a measurement system are important topics of the research on the micro-deformations of mechanical seals.
