前混合磨料高压水射流切割靶距的研究

摘　　要：对穿透不同材料固体时,切割深度、宽度等随靶距的变化进行试验研究,并从理论上分析前混合磨料高压水射流最佳切割靶距。最后求解出切割过程中,靶距与切割深度的公式,并得出可在切割介质中添加高分子聚合物的结论。When we cut through the different solid materials, the cutting depth and width will change with the distance. This paper will experiment on this, and get the best distance. Finally, we get the formula of the relationship between cutting depth with the distance, and get that we could add polymer in the cutting medium.
