摘　　要：OPC是随过程控制的发展产生的一种工业标准,它既可以用于将现场PLC设备的数据采集到DCS或SCADA中来,也可以用于将数据从一种DCS或SCADA系统采集到另一种DCS系统、SCADA系统或其他上位应用程序中。S7-1200作为优秀的下位机PLC,它可以通过OPC技术与IFIX等优秀组态软件进行数据通信。本案例主要介绍了S7-1200与IFIX在变频器监控中的应用。OPC is an industry standard with the development of the process control industry. It can bc used to collcct the field data of PLC into DCS or SCADA. It can also be uscd to transfer data from a DCS or SCADA system to another DCS system, SCADA system or other host applications. As an cxccllcnt PLC, S7-1200 can communicate with a configuration software （such as IFIX） using OPC technology. This paper introduces an AC invcrtcr monitor systcm designed by S7-1200 and IFIX.
