摘　　要：目的评价莱姆病防治知识在农村居民中宣传教育的效果。方法采用集中宣传教育和少数面对面宣传教育相结合的教育方法,对450名农村居民进行莱姆病相关知识教育,并将宣传教育前后的问卷调查结果进行比较。结果农村居民在宣传教育前后莱姆病防治知识知晓率差异显著,知晓率和教育前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);知晓率与年龄有关,与农民性别无明显关系。结论对农村居民实施莱姆病防治知识的宣传教育收到显著效果,提高了农村居民对莱姆病防治知识的知晓程度和个人防护能力以及早期就医意识。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education for rural residents on prevention and cure knowledge of Lyme disease. Method Took concentration training and direct face - to - face propaganda education to 450 rural residents, and compared the results before and after propaganda education. Results There was statistical significance before and after health education, awareness rate had significantly increased after health education （ P 〈 0. 001 ） . The knowledge rate was relevant to age, but not to gender. Conclusions Implementation of health education to rural residents had received significant effect, it improved the lyme disease knowledge of prevention and control, personal protective ability and the awareness of early treatment.
