不同剂量吡喹酮治疗脑囊虫病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量吡喹酮治疗脑囊虫病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析147例不同剂量吡喹酮治疗脑囊虫病的临床疗效,按照临床初治应用吡喹酮剂量的差异分为2组。第1组54例,采用小剂量法,第2组93例,采用大剂量法。结果 3个疗程后第1组治愈率为35.19%,显效率为98.15%;第2组治愈率为46.24%,显效率为98.92%,第2组的治愈率明显高于第1组。结论吡喹酮治疗脑囊虫病有效,大剂量用药较小剂量用药的治愈率高。Objective To investigate the effect of different dosages of praziquantel treatment by cerebral cysticercosis. Method Using retrospective analysis method to analyze the treatment effect of 167 cerebral cysticercosis cases which cure by different dosages of praziquantel, praziquantel was divided into 2 groups. Sellecting 54 patients as the first group and taking small dosages, the second group with 93 patients, taking large dose. Results After three courses, the cure rate of the first group was 35.19% and the effective rate was 98. 15%. The cure rate of the second groups was 46. 24%, and the effective rate was 98.92%, it was significantly higher than the first group. Conclusions Praziquantel can used for treament cerebral cysticercosis, it was effective and safty. The large dosages was better than the small.
