摘　　要：大面积停电事故对电网安全稳定运行威胁巨大。对电力系统发生大面积停电事故后的应急启动策略进行研究,是保证整个电网安全运行的重要课题。根据济南电网特点,确定济南电网发生大面积停电事故后的处理原则,制定符合济南电网特点的行之有效的应急启动原则及措施。Severe poweriul failure will cause great damages to power system. In order to ensure the safe operation of power grid, it is important to study the methods of restoring the power grid to normal operation effectively when powerful failure occurring. Based on the characteristics of Jinan power grid, this article determines the principles and specific measures of how to restore the power grid to normal operations under the situation of severe powerful failure.
