摘　　要：隧道施工软岩地段的斜井挑顶是一项关键技术。针对贵广铁路天平山隧道炭质页岩地段双车道斜井挑顶施工,从施工方案、技术要点、施工组织、施工注意事项等方面进行了详细阐述,就软岩变形、喇叭口结构复杂,提出了确保工程质量、施工安全的措施。Roof ripping is a key technology for tunnel construction in soft rock stratum. As shaft roof ripping construction for twin-track tunnel in coal shale stratum of Gui-Guang project＇ Tianpingshan tunnel, the authors introduce the construction technology, technical mote, construction organization and construction attention in detail. Due to deform- ation of soft rock and complex structure of trumpet section, the actions for assuring project quality and construction safety are put forward.
