16例经胸非体外循环房间隔缺损微创封堵术临床研究报告

摘　　要：目的分析经胸非体外循环房间隔缺损微创封堵术手术效果,为临床手术方式选择提供参考。方法采用描述性分析方法对16例患者封堵效果及术后并发症情况进行分析。结果 16例患者中,男10例、女6例,年龄56岁~78岁,平均年龄(66.94±7.73)岁;房间隔缺损直径6mm^33mm,平均直径(18.90±12.17)mm,肺动脉压37mmhg^42mmhg;16例患者均一次性封堵成功并痊愈出院,并发症4例(25.00%);手术过程平均耗时(44.69±1.99)min,术中平均用时18min;男、女性患者手术过程平均耗时无差别(t0.05=2.145,t0.01=2.977,t0.001=4.140,T=1.0019,P>0.05)。结论经胸非体外循环房间隔缺损微创封堵术疗效确切,安全性高,是患者较为理想的手术选择方式。Objective To analyze the operation effect of offpump atrial septal defect minimally invasive closer,and provide reference for clinical operation mode.Methods Analyzing closer effects and complications of 16 patients.Results There were 10 males and 6 females,56 to 78 years old.The average age is（66.94±7.73） years old.Diameter of ASD is 6mm to 33mm,average diameter is（18.90±12.17） mm,pulmonary artery pressure is 37mmhg to 42mmhg.Sixteen patients were discharged after one-time closer,and complications in 4 cases（25.00%）.The average operation time is（44.69 ＋ /-1.99） min,and average perioperative is only 18 min.There was no difference between male and female（t0.05=2.145,t0.01=2.977,t0.001=4.140,T=1.0019,P0.05）.Conclusion Offpump atrial septal defect minimally invasive closer is effective and safe,is an ideal surgery mode.
