572例抗感染药物不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析近年来抗感染药物不良反应(Adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生情况,为安全使用药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,分析我院2008年1月1日-2010年12月31日收集到的572例抗感染药物不良反应,从患者的性别年龄、各年度不良反应发生情况、药品种类、剂型及ADR的临床表现等方面进行分析、评价。结果年度发生例数呈现上升趋势,其中喹诺酮类发生不良反应较多,占28.90%;静脉注射粉针剂不良反应发生率高于其它剂型,占56.31%。结论抗感染药物发生ADR的例数与药品种类、给药途径等多种因素相关。医务工作者应高度重视抗感染药物的不良反应,提高ADR监测水平,促进临床合理、安全用药。Objective To analyze occurrence of adverse anti-infection drug reaction,and provide reference for safe drug use.Methods Analyzing 572 cases of adverse anti-infection drug reaction in our hospital from January 1,2008 to December 31,2010 by retrospective method.Analyzing and evaluating the sex and age of the patients,adverse reaction in each year,drug types,dosage form and clinical manifestations of ADR.Results Annual average happened number present ascendant trend.Quinolone have more adverse reactions,accounted for 28.90%.The incidence of intravenous injection powder-injection adverse reaction is higher than other dosage form,accounted for 56.31%.Conclusion The number of adverse anti-infection drug reaction is related to many factors such us drug types and route of administration.Medical worker should pay high attention to the adverse anti-infection drug reaction, improve the ADR monitoring level,promote clinical rational safe drug use.
