摘　　要：在现行的石油开采过程中,我国的开采成本管理体系还较为落后,因此迫切的需要对石油开采过程中的成本管理进行重建,本文就是基于这一现状,提出石油开采过程中的成本管理不足之处,经过总结研究相对的解决对策,建立石油开采成本管理体系,具有很强的实效意义。In the existing oil mining process,China＇s mining cost management system is also more behind,so it is urgent to rebuild cost management of oil mining process.Based on this status,this paper points out the insufficient of cost management in oil mining process.Through the study on the relative solution countermeasures,the oil exploitation cost management system which has strong effectiveness significance is established.
