摘　　要：水利工程建设在促进经济发展的同时,给社会和生态环境带来了严重的负面影响,本文在认真分析水利工程对环境产生影响的基础上,提出了一些关于降低不利影响的控制或防治措施。Water conservancy construction promotes the economic development,at the same time,brings a severe negative impact on social and ecological environment.On the basis of careful analysis of the impact of water conservancy project on the environment,this article made some measures to control and reduce adverse effects.
