摘　　要：如何合理配置高等教育资源、如何提高高等教育资源的利用效率,关系到我国高等教育的长远发展。文章在高等教育资源的利用效率评价指标体系设计原则、指标体系设计中存在问题研究的基础上,设计出适合我国高等教育资源利用效率的评价指标体系。How to allocate of higher education resources rationally,how to improve the efficiency of higher education resource is related to long-term development of the higher education.Based on the research of the principles of the system and on the problems of the index system,design the system of evaluation for the higher education in China.
