摘　　要：本文针对当前生态住区实施促进机制研究的薄弱环节,在借鉴国外生态型住区建设的成功经验的基础上,结合我国城市住区的发展现状,从市场调控机制、行政管理机制两个方面探讨我国生态住区建设的促进机制,以求推动我国生态住区的健康、快速发展。This paper studies the execution mechanism for ecological community development in China in two aspects： market regulation and administration in the basis of the success experience of ecological community development in foreign countries and the analysis of status quo of China community development.
