摘　　要：高校实施贫困生资助工作,是贯彻落实科学发展观,实施科教兴国和人才强国战略,构建社会主义和谐社会的重要举措。本文结合现行资助体系,就如何更好地发挥资助工作的作用,真正实现经济资助和精神激励相统一,促进学生全面成长成才进行研究和探索。The implementation of the financial aid for poor students in colleges and universities is an important measure to carry out the scientific concept of development, implement strategies of developing the country through science and education, reinvigorating China through human resource development, as well as building harmonious society. This paper made research and exploration on how to better play the role of subsidized work, truly achieve unity of economic funding and spiritual stimulation, combining with current subsidy system.
