摘 要:目的运用信息化平台构建科学的护理绩效考核体系。方法依托计算机网络技术建立一套科学的护理绩效考核体系,对绩效奖金分配模式进行了改革。并对使用信息化绩效考核体系前后患者和护士的满意度以及护理质量进行调查。结果在使用信息化绩效考核体系后,护理质量、患者和护士满意度均有明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论运用信息化平台构建的护理绩效考核体系可有效提高护理质量、患者和护士满意度。Objective To explore how to establish a nursing performance assessment system based on information platform Methods A nursing performance assessment system was established based on the computer internet technology and the performance bonus allocation model was reformed also. The satisfaction of patients and nurses, and the quality of nursing were collected and compared before and after the refine. Results After applying the new performanee assessment system,the nursing quality and the satisfaction degree of patients and nurses were obviously improved, which were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The new nursing performance system based on information platform can effectively improve nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients and nurses.
