摘　　要：目的:追踪评价各项护理质量效果,识别潜在的护理管理漏洞,评估各项护理质量标准的达标程度。方法:建立护理质量追踪评价机制,创新质量追踪方法,建立多途径、多视角的护理质量监控系统,使护士增强质量意识和风险防范能力。效果:住院病人平均满意率由94.5%上升并保持在97.9%以上,护理差错发生率由0.20%下降至0.06%。结论:实施护理质量追踪管理,对预防护理安全隐患的发生,提高过程预控能力起到了重要作用。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of nursing quality tracking management, to identify the potential loopholes in nursing management, and to evaluate the extent of standards achievement. Methods： We developed nursing quality tracking evaluation mechanism, ,innovated quality tracking methods, established nursing quality monitoring system in multiple ways and views, and trained nurses quality consciousness and ability of risk prevention. Results： The mean satisfaction rate of hospitalized patients rised from 94.5% to 97.9% and maintained in 97.9% and above. The incidence of nursing errors reduced from 0.2% to 0.06%. Conclusions： The application of nursing quality tracking management plays an important role to prevent nursing safety hazard and to improve process control ability.
