摘　　要：目的:探讨脉动真空灭菌器的脉动方式对BD测试及灭菌效果的影响。方法:将灭菌器低大气压脉冲、高大气压脉冲方式用BD测试、生物试验的方法进行比较。结果:脉动真空灭菌器高大气压脉冲方式对BD测试、生物试验符合率更高。结论:灭菌器采用高大气压脉冲方式更符合现代消毒供应中心的物品灭菌。Objective： To explore the steam penetration efficiency influence of different steam sterilizers by BD and PCD test. Method： We evaluated the steam penetration efficiency of BD and PCD test products by sub-atmospheric pulsing and super-atmospheric pulsing cycles. Results： BD and PCD test had higher successful sterilization percentage for Super-atmospheric pulsing cycles than Sub-atmospheric pulsing cycles. Conclusion： Superatmospheric pulsing cycles are more efficient to do routine steam sterilization.
