摘　　要：基于角色理论中角色期望的相关概念,综述了护士长角色期望的内涵,以及护理部、医生、护士、患者等不同群体对护士长的角色期望,并分析了导致护士长角色冲突的因素,提出促进护士长角色意识的生成与发展、提高个人修养、强化心理素质等建议,以期为护士长个人发展和护士长队伍建设提供理论参考。Based on the related concepts of role expectation in the role theory, this article summarized many aspects of head nurses＇ role expectation, including connotation of head nurses＇role expectation, head nurses＇ role expectation from different groups such as the nursing department, doctors, nurses and patients, and the reasons of head nurses＇ role conflict. It is beneficial to provide guidance for generating and developing head nurses＇ role , promoting self-cultivation, and strengthening psychological quality, and to offer theoretical references for head nurses＇ development and construction.
