摘　　要：随着三网融合的发展,使用于广电网络的数字高清电视机顶盒所具有的功能越来越丰富。SIC8008是重庆四联微电子有限公司设计的一款高清解码芯片,主要为有线电视、卫星、地面和IP电视机顶盒提供高清解决方案,同时支持VoIP等其它交互功能。本文在基于SIC8008芯片并借助Mediastreamer2最终实现VoIP原型系统编码模块开发的过程中,对iLBC编码算法在应用中进行了研究与优化。文中重点介绍了iLBC编解码原理,讨论了在此原型系统中的应用情况,通过对iLBC编码模块的改进与优化,证明了语音压缩时能有效降低CPU的占用率,并保证了语音解码后的可懂度。With the development of Triple Play,the functions of set-top boxes for high-definition TV in radio and television network are becoming more than ever.SIC8008 is a high-definition decoder chip designed by Sicmicro Co.,Ltd,to provide HD solutions mainly for cable,satellite,terrestrial and IP TV set-top boxes,supporting VoIP and other interactive features in the meanwhile.In this paper,iLBC coding algorithm is studied and optimized in the application during a development of encoding module for VoIP prototype system based on SIC8008 chip and with Mediastreamer2.It focuses on the principles of iLBC codec and the discussion on the application in this prototype system.After the improvement and optimization for iLBC encoding module,it proves that a reduction is realized in the CPU usage when voice is compressed,and it also guarantees intelligibility of the decoded voice.
