摘　　要：失业问题已成为目前经济发展中棘手的难题。本文结合当前失业现状和就业形势,深入细致地分析了失业问题的不利影响及原因,从而提出了一些可行对策,旨在为解决失业问题提供思路。Unemployment has become a serious problem in economic development.Relating to the fact of unemployment and employment at present,in this article,the author went to great lenth to analyze the bad effect and reason of unemployment.There are also some feasible measure which can put some light on the solution of this problem.
