不同厂家复方卡托普利片分剂量的评价

摘　　要：目的评价不同厂家复方卡托普利片分剂量的合理性,为临床用药提供参考。方法将整个药片掰成两个半片,比较A、B厂复方卡托普利片分剂量准确性、重量损失百分比、半片脆碎度、半片含量均匀度及半片与整片的溶出行为。结果 A厂复方卡托普利片除含量均匀度外,其余评价指标均符合有关规定,B厂除重量损失百分比外,其余均不符合规定。结论 A厂、B厂复方卡托普利片均不适合分剂量。Objective To evaluate rationality of splitting captopril/hydrochlorothiazide tablets produced by different manufacturers（two groups,A and B） to provide reference for clinical use.Methods The whole tablets were plitted into halves.Then tablets of A and B were compared with the following aspects： accuracy of subdivision,percentage of weight loss,friability of half tablets,weight uniformity and dissolution.Results Group A could reach the requirements except content uniformity.For group B,its weight loss passed the test while other items are failed in requirement.Conlusion Tablets from different manufacturers（A and B） are not suit for dividing into halves in clinic.
