桉柠蒎在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜手术围手术期中的辅助作用

摘　　要：目的研究黏液溶解性祛痰药桉柠蒎在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜围手术期治疗中的辅助作用。方法 131例接受功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者分为实验组68人、对照组63人2,组均接受相同的手术治疗及术后常规处理,实验组在术前5 d开始服用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,持续至术后4周。分别于术前、术后第7、14、212、8 d对患者进行观察统计。结果实验组患者术后鼻腔黏膜恢复状况、鼻腔分泌物减少及中耳炎伴随症状的缓解等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。桉柠蒎的使用可以明显改善手术治疗效果,加快愈合,提高疗效。结论桉柠蒎在慢性鼻窦炎功能性内窥镜围手术期治疗中能明显改善鼻部症状,缩短病程,提高疗效,为慢性鼻窦炎手术的治疗提供新的辅助手段。Objective To investigate the auxiliary of Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene,an expectorant that can dissolve the mucus,in the functional endoscopy during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 131 persons with chroninc nasosinusitis who had received functional endoscopy treatment were divided into experimental group（n=68） and control group（n=63）.Patients in both groups received the same treatment by surgery and routine disposal after operation.Patients in the experimental group were treated with the Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft capsules for 5 d before the operation until 4 weeks after the operation.The observation and statistics of patients were done respectively before the operation and 7,14,21,28 d after the operation.Results The recovered condition of nasal mucosa,the reduction of the secretion in the nasal cavity,and the remission of the simultaneous phenomenon in the tympanitis of the experimental group after the operation were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The use of Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene could demonstrate a significant improvement in the treatment by surgery and accelerate the healing,also improve the curative effect.Conclusion In the functional endoscopy during the perioperative period,Eucalyptol,Limonene and Pinene can significantly improve the symptom of nose and shorten the course of disease,also improve the curative effect.It provides a new auxiliary means.
