摘　　要：总结了56例62眼白内障合并角膜散光患者行Acrysof Toric型人工晶体植入术后实施的术前、术中、术后的系统护理。患者术后视力全部提高,术后剩余散光减少,轴位移动度稳定,患者对治疗满意度高,术后脱镜率90.32%。认为有效的护理是手术成功的重要保障,术前、术中、术后护理都不容忽视。To summarize the systematic nursing of 56 cataract patients with corneal flash（62 eyes） after intraocular lens implantation of Acrysof Toric,including the nursing before,during and after the operation.After the operation,the patient＇s vision was improved,the surplus astigmatism was reduced and mobility of axis was stable.All the patients were satisfied with the effect of operation.90% of patients didn＇t use spectacles after operation.We consider that effective nursing care is the key to the success of the operation and the perioperative nursing can not be ingnored.
