“五常法”在皮肤性病门诊管理中的运用

摘　　要：总结了本院运用"五常法"对皮肤性病门诊进行的管理措施,包括对门诊环境和人员存在的问题进行评估,运用"五常法"规范管理人、物、空间等。通过"五常法"管理,提高了护理人员参与管理的意识,提升人员素质,规范了门诊环境管理,提高了工作效率和患者满意度。认为运用"五常法"实施护理管理,能维持良好的环境,提高服务质量,值得推广。To summarize the application experience of five-routine working regulation on the management of dermato-venereology department,including to evaluate the problems of outpatient service environment and personnel and manage the person,object,space and so on by using five-routine working regulation.The use of five-routine working regulation improved the consciousness of the management of the nurses and the quality of personnel,regulated the management of outpatient service environmental,raised the working efficiency and rate of satisfaction.We consider that the use of five-routine working regulation can play a positive role in the management of nursing and was worthy to promote in clinical.
