摘　　要：从整体发展来看,早期可谓是美国外交的"奠基"时期。在这一时期,开国先辈形成了处理外交事务的基本理念,这些理念对对后世美国政府制订和执行对外政策产生了很大的影响。美国早期外交的重要性不言而喻,但国内学术界关注美国早期外交的学者却是屈指可数,研究成果自然是寥寥无几。如果我们忽视了对美国早期外交的研究,很难讲我们能够对内战之后不同时期的外交有着更为深入的理解。From the overall development, the founding period of the American diplo basic ideas dealing with foreign affairs early stage of American history can be described as the macy. During this period, the Founding Fathers formed the ~ These ideas have had a great influence on formulating and tt implementing foreign policies by the U.S. governments since the Civil War. The importance of the early American diplomacy is self-evident, but few scholars in the domestic academic circle pay their attention to it. Naturally the research findings about the early American diplomacy is very few. If we ignore the study of the early American diplomacy, it is difficult to say that we can have a more thorough understanding of the American diplomacy of different periods since the Civil War.
