摘 要:油田近井处理需要的大功率超声电源必须频率可调、匹配电感可调。以往的调节均是人工进行的,智能型油井超声电源则是根据砂岩的声学参数(电学参数表现为电流和电压)调整频率和电感,使激发频率与换能器的固有频率相等,激发出最大的振动幅度;并且使激发的频率与套管井的声窗尽量一致,在井内激发的振动能够通过井内液体、套管和水泥环进入地层,提高作业效果。使用霍尔传感器接收电流、电压信号,利用电流值自动调整激发频率,利用电流和电压的相位差调整匹配电感,并且将这些信息存储在单片机中。实现了作业过程的全方位监控,现场试验输出功率达到了75kW。High-power ultrasound power required in oil wells processing must have features of frequency and matching inductor adjustable. Previous such adjustments are carried out manually, but the intelligent power adjusts them automatically based on acoustic parameters of the sandstone(the voltage and current in electrical parameters). The excitation frequency equals to the transducer's natural frequency to excited the maximum energy; meanwhile, it is the same with the acoustic window of casing wells, so that the vibrational energy excited in the wells can invade strata through the fluids,casing and cement to improve operating results. The current and voltage waveforms are received by hall sensors. The excitation frequency and matching inductor are respectively adjusted with the current parameters automatically and the different phase of voltage and current. The information is stored in the microcontroller. Finally, the intelligent power achieves all-round monitoring and the output power reaches to 75kW in the field trials.
