摘  要:针对某型无人机配电控制器现有检测方法的不足,根据配电控制器的性能测试要求,设计了一种基于DSP技术的配电控制器检测系统。该系统以TMS320LF2407控制器为核心,合理利用了DSP控制器自身集成的ADC模块、CAN总线控制器模块和捕捉单元等,实现对配电控制器各项性能参数的检测。文章详细介绍了该检测系统的组成、工作原理以及硬件电路和软件设计。实际应用表明,该系统能够准确的完成各项性能指标参数的检测,达到了设计目的,具有较高的实用价值。For the shortcomings of the electric distribution controller test methods on the UAV, a new electric distribution controller testing system is designed based on the DSP techniques to accord to the electric distribution controller performance testing requirements. The controller TMS320LF2407 is used as the core of the testing system, and the ADC module,the CAN bus controller module and the capture units etc on the controller are rationally used here to achieve the performance parameters of the electric distribution controller testing. The article discusses the structure and the operating principle of the system in detail, and also introduces the software and hardware design. The application shows that the testing system can accurately complete the performance parameters test to achieve the design objective and has a high practical value.
