摘 要:目的:研究白细胞介素-1受体相关激酶-4(IRAK-4)活性对急性脑出血应激性肝损害的影响,以及星蒌陈气汤的靶向调控机制。方法:采用大脑注射Ⅶ型胶原酶法建立SD大鼠急性脑出血模型,随机分为正常组、脑出血组、脑出血痰热腑实证组、星蒌承气汤组,每组分24 h、48 h、72 h三个时间亚组,实时荧光定量PCR观察肝组织、肠系膜淋巴结IRAK-4 mRNA表达,并观察肝组织HE染色结果。结果:脑出血组、脑出血痰热腑实证组肝组织及肠系膜淋巴结IRAK-4 mRNA在三个不同时间点表达较正常组升高,星蒌承气汤组肝组织IRAK-4 mRNA表达较脑出血痰热腑实证组降低,星蒌承气汤组还能明显减轻肝组织病理损伤。结论:星蒌承气汤对脑出血急性期痰热腑实证肝脏具有一定的保护作用。To study the effect of interlenkin 1 receptor associated kinase-4(IRAK-4) activity on hepatic stress injury due to acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH),and explore the protection mechanism of Xinglou Chengqi(XLCQ) decoction.Methods:The ACH models were established by injection of collagenase Ⅶ into internal capsule of cerebrum.The rats were randomly divided into blank control group,cerebral hemorrhage group,Fu-organ excess syndrome of phledm-heat model group and XLCQ group.Each group was divided into three time sub-group(24 h,48 h,72 h) to observe the expression of IRAK-4 mRNA in liver tissue and mesenteric lymphnodes with real-time quantitative PCR.Results:At different times,the expression of IRAK-4 mRNA in cerebral hemorrhage group was increased than that in model groups and decreased in XLCQ group than that in Fu-organ excess syndrome of phledm-heat model group.XLCQ decoction could reduce liver pathological injury significantly.Conclusion:XLCQ decoction has protective effect on the liver in cerebral hemorrhage period(Fu-organ excess syndrome of phledm-heat).
