摘 要:目的探讨使用中消毒剂75%酒精浓度的2种测定方法,并考察2种方法测定结果的差异性和实际应用问题。方法利用气相色谱法和比重法直接测定乙醇浓度,用统计学方法分析处理数据。结果气相色谱法测定的RSD为1.09%,加标回收率为99.3%;比重法测定的RSD为0.06%,加标回收率为101.0%。2法测定结果经t检验,可认为差异有统计学意义(t=5.74>t0.05(25)=2.06,P<0.05)。结论使用中消毒剂酒精浓度的范围较宽(65%~75%)之间,2法均可用于测定,比重法与气相色谱法相比具有分析速度快、重现性好、操作简单、无消耗等特点,更适合于基层单位和医院检测使用,但结果粗略,精确度较差。Objective To discuss two methods for determination of 75% alcohol concentration as disinfectant commonly used in hospital,study the difference between the results and practical applications of two methods.Methods Gas chromatography and densimeter were used to determine concentration of alcohol directly.Statistical methods were used to analyze data.Results The RSD was 1.09% and the average recovery rate was 99.3% by gas chromatography method.The RSD was 0.06% and the average recovery rate was 101.0% by densimeter method.There was significant difference between two results of determination(t=5.74t0.05(25)=2.06,P0.05).Conclusion The alcohol concentration as disinfectant commonly used in hospital has a wide range(65%-75%).Both methods are suitable for determination of alcohol concentration.Comparing with gas chromatography method,the densimeter method is simple,rapid,and skimp consume,it has good suitable for basic units and hospitals,but its result is not accurate and its precision is poor.
