羟丙基倍他环糊精对SD大鼠血常规及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察羟丙基罐他环糊精（HP-β-CD）对大鼠临床症状、血液学、血液生化指标的影响。方法40只SD大鼠随机分为4组，羟丙基倍他环糊精低、中、高剂量组各10只分别给予羟丙基倍他环糊精500、1000、2000mg/kg，对照组给生理盐水，连续尾静脉给药6周。结果1000、2000mg／kg剂量组红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量和红细胞压积降低，尿素氮含量升高（P＜0．05或P〈0．01），2000mg/kg剂量组肌酐水平升高（P〈O．05）。结论羟丙基倍他环糊精1000、2000mg／kg剂量组能引起大鼠溶血和肾功能的减退。Objective To investigate the effects of HP-β-CD on clinical symptom, hematological parameters and blood biochemical parameters in rats. Methods Fourty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. 6-week rats （SD） were administrated with HP-β-CD at doses of 500, 1000 and 2000 mg/kg/day by continuous intravenous infusion. Results There was no effect on survival and outer appearance and behavior comparing with control group. At both 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg/day groups, there was a decrease in the number of RBC, content of Hb and HCT, while plasma BUN level increased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.It showed increasing in plasma CRE level at 2 000 mg/kg/day. Conclusion HP-β-CD could induce hemolysis and renal function damaged in rats at both 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg/day dose.
