犬胫骨骨折内固定围手术期镇痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察围手术期不同镇痛方法对实验犬的影响，摸索最佳的实验犬围手术期镇痛方案。方法以电锯在犬胫骨中段处造成横断骨折，再以四孔钢板固定，分别给予随机使用四种镇痛方法中的一种，再对犬疼痛情况进行评估，结果进行统计学分析比较。结果实验组采用的围手术期综合多模式镇痛方案，给予镇痛药物的实验犬体重和饮食摄入、社会化行为和受刺激时反应情况所受的影响明显降低。所受生理干扰影响较小。而未给予综合镇痛药物的对照组实验犬，生理功能受到明显影响。结论就对实验犬来讲而言，围手术期给予充分的综合镇痛围手术期给予充分的多模式镇痛，能够有效降低动物实验过程中的并发症，使实验动物舒适的完成整个研究过程，充分体现了对实验动物的人道主义关怀，能够有效提高实验动物福利。Objective To observe the influence on dog from different analgesia regimes during perioperative periods and to explore the suitable regime for dogs. Methods All the animals were randomly divided into four groups receiving different analgesia regime. All the dogs experienced the same surgery of tibial fracture and internal fixation. The pain was evaluated according to the selected pain score system, the results were analyzed. Result The physical status and behavior of dogs who received multimodal analgesic regime changed significantly less than that of regular regime. Conclusion Mulfimodal analgesic regime for surgery animal can make animals suffer less during research period and contribute to the mortal spirit, help to elevate the welfare of experimental animals.
