摘　　要：网络诞生的使命使全球人类在互联网的映衬中,占据并形成了今天全球化的计算机互联跟网络共享信息系统,也因为逐渐提高了生活品质,人类的生活更加的便捷丰富,精神世界跟物质世界更加多彩多元化,网络技术的发展打破了传统的信息传输,资源共享等方式,以数字化信息手段应用到各行各业当中,在营造了良好的信息交流平台的同时,与网络链接相关的技术问题也相继浮现增多。The global human network the birth of the mission against the background of the Internet,accounting for the formation of today＇s globalized computer interconnect with the network shared information system,but also because of a gradual increase in the quality of life,human life more convenient and rich spiritual world with the material world is more colorful and diverse,and the development of network technology to break the traditional transmission of information,resource sharing,digital information means to all walks of life which at the same time created a good platform for information exchange,network link The technical problems have also surfaced increased.
