摘　　要：镉离子具有生物毒性,在农畜产品、食品等中的残留给人类健康带来严重威胁.镉离子的检测可分为传统检测和免疫学检测,本文通过对镉离子的传统检测进行回顾,提出多种镉离子的免疫学检测技术,并对其应用进行了综述.The residues of cadmium ions in the pharmaceutical,agricultural and livestock products,and food,which is threatening human heath,has attracted great attention.The techniques for the determination of Cadmium ions have been studied.In recent years,many methods have been used for the determination of cadmium ion,including traditional methods and immunoassay.With the improvement of testing requirements for agricultural and livestock,it becomes very important to study the immunoassay of cadmium ion.In this paper,the progress on the immunoassay techniques of cadmium ion is reviewed.
