摘 要:分析广泛使用的台车式热处理炉燃烧控制系统的设计过程。温度是系统控制的关键参数,为保证控温的均匀性及精确性,系统采用了脉冲式燃烧控制技术。比较了该技术相对于传统的连续燃烧控制的技术优势;分析了自主研发的程控脉冲分频器的设计过程,程控脉冲分频技术可代替硬件分频设备,节约硬件成本,调控方式更加灵活。实际运行结果表明:系统性能稳定,控温精度高,可操作性强,满足了工艺要求。The design process of the combustion control system which widely used car-bottom heat treatment furnace was analyzed. The temperature was the key parameter of the system control. In order to make the temperature control uniform and accurate, the pulse combustion control was applied in the system. The technical advancements of this technology were compared with the traditional continuous combustion control. The design process of the self-research program control pulse controller was analyzed. It could replace the hardware pulse controller and save the hardware cost. The operation way was more flexible, too. The actual operation results show that the system performance is stable, the temperature control accuracy is high, the maneuverability is good, and the whole system meets the needs of technological process perfectly.
