摘  要:目的:对变态反应性皮肤病患者血清进行过敏原检测及分析,以了解过敏原的种类。方法:采用免疫印迹法对260例变态反应性皮肤病患者血清总IgE及变应原特异性IgE水平进行检测,检测分为吸入组和食物组。结果:61.1%患者血清总IgE水平增高,66.9%患者血清特异性IgE增高。变应原特异性IgE吸入组以户尘螨阳性率最高,屋尘其次;食物组以蟹为最高,其后是牛奶。变应原特异性IgE阳性率高于总IgE阳性率。结论:过敏原与变态反应性皮肤病有一定相关性,因此过敏原的检测对其诊疗有重要价值。Objective: To investigate the main allergens of the patients with allergic diseases in this region. Methods: The serum levels of total IgE and allergen specific IgE (sIgE) were detected by AllergyScreen Analytic.GmbH test system made in German. Results: Among these 260 cases with allergic diseases, the positive rate of total IgE was 61.1%, while the total positive rate of sIgE was 66.9%. In the aeroallergen group, the highest positive rate of allergen was mites(47.7 % ) followed by house dust( 13.27 % ). As to the food allergen group, the highest positive rate of allergen was pea crab( 14. 2 % ), followed by milk( 13.89 % ). Conclusion: The serum level of total IgE in the patients with allergic diseases was significantly higher than that in the control group. The main aeroallergens are mites and house dust, the main food allergens are pea crab and milk in this area.
