摘  要:高级别表面耐指纹家电板要求钢板表面近乎零缺陷。对于在生产过程中出现的表面黑点缺陷,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和电子探针(EPMA)进行分析。结果表明,黑点缺陷种类较多,不同的黑点缺陷产生于热镀锌机组不同部位,如后处理风箱、拉矫机等。通过对设备的调整和清洁等措施,可成功消除黑点缺陷。Near zero defect is required on the surface oi high level cold rolled steel sneer with anti-finger print for applicaces purpose. The black spot defects occurring on the surface in the process of cold rolling are examined and analyzed using the scanning electonic microscope (SEM) and electronic probe micro analyzer (EPMA). Results show that various types of black spots exist and different type of black spot defect occurs at different locations of the hot dip galvanizing mill such as at the post-processing position of bellows and at the straightening machine area and etc. By adoption of proper measurements such as readjustment of the equipments and cleaning the black spot defects on the surface of the steel sheet can be removed sucessfully.
