摘　　要：文章从我国公共电子阅览室的现状问题出发，提出了利用云计算技术建立城市公共电子阅览室集群的思路，论述了利用云计算环境下公共电子阅览室集群管理的总体架构、技术支撑和组网方式等关键问题，并以东莞为例提出了快速建设城市公共电子阅览室集群的模式和实现路径，以期为正在快速发展的我国公共电子阅览室建设提供参考和案例。Based on the current conditions of public electronic reading room in our country, this paper proposes the idea of construction of cluster of urban public electronic reading room under the cloud computing environment, and discusses the key questions such as overall structure, techical support and networking method of cluster management of urban public electronic reading room under the cloud computing environment. Taking Dongguan for example, this paper also proposes the pattern and realizing way of rapidly constructing cluster of urban public electronic reading rooms with the purpose of providing a reference and case for the quick developing construction ofpubfic electronic reading rooms in China.
