武钢CSP生产的含Ti集装箱钢SPA-H的性能优化研究

摘  要:通过光学显微镜、透射电镜、力学性能测试以及生产数据统计分析等手段分析了CSP工艺生产加Ti集装箱钢SPA-H时,成分及工艺对钢的显微组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,钢中w(Ti)为0.02%~0.04%时,成品带钢晶粒尺寸可细化约1μm,且可观察到大量细小弥散的第二相析出物,可提高抗拉强度约30MPa左右;C、Ti的增加可提高钢的抗拉强度,且Ti的作用更加明显;S、N的存在会降低钢的抗拉强度,且N的作用更加明显;均热温度和终轧温度的适当提高,可提高钢的抗拉强度,而卷取温度对钢强度的影响则不明显。Optical microscope,transmission electronic microscopy,mechanical tester and statistical analysis were employed to analyze the effect of composition and processing of Ti microalloyed SPA-H steel by CSP process on its microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that Ti addition about 0.02 %~0.04 % can make the crystal size of container sheet be refined about 1 μm,and a mass of secondary phase precipitation can be observed,the tensile strength can be increased about 30 MPa;With the increase of carbon content and titanium content,the tensile strength of the steel increases,and titanium plays a significant role;With the increase of sulfur content and nitrogen content,the tensile strength of the steel decreases,and nitrogen plays a significant role;The tensile strength of the steel was also improved with the increase of reheating temperature and finish roiling temperature,while coiling temperature had little effect.
