摘  要:目的:探讨家兔光气中毒后肝脏自由基损伤情况及研究紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)的保护作用。方法:健康家兔50只随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄不拘,包括正常对照组、中毒组、常规治疗组、UBIO治疗组及UBIO联合常规治疗(联合治疗)组,连续观察7d,记录家兔存活率,检测肝组织中总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px),还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性及丙二醛MDA含量。结果:家兔光气中毒后肝脏T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px、GSH、CAT活性明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而MDA含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);在经UBIO治疗或联合治疗后,肝组织中T-AOC、SOD、GSHPx、GSH、CAT活性明显高于中毒组和常规治疗组(P<0.01),而MDA含量明显低于中毒组和常规治疗组(P<0.01)。联合治疗组肝组织中T-AOC、SOD、GSH、GSH-Px、CAT活性与UBIO治疗组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而MDA含量明显低于UBIO治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:家兔光气中毒后可引起肝脏自由基损伤,UBIO治疗有明显的保护作用,因而可以用于急性光气中毒的治疗或辅助治疗。Objective:To investigate the liver free radical injury induced by acute phosgene intoxication in rabbits and the protective effects of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO). Method:Fifty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into five groups,including normal control,intoxication,routine therapy,UBIO therapy and UBIO therapy combined routine therapy(compound therapy)group. The livability of rabbits was recorded for continuously 7 days. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase CAT,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),contents of glutathione(GSH),total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC)and the concentration of malondiadehyde(MDA)in liver tissue were determined respectively.Result: The activities of liver T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px,GSH and CAT in intoxication group were lower than those of control group(P<0.01),but the concentration of MDA was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).After UBIO therapy or compound therapy,the activities of T-AOC,SOD,GSH-Px,GSH and CAT were higher than those of intoxication group and routine therapy group(P<0.01),but the concentration of MDA was lower than that of intoxication group and routine therapy group(P<0.01).Conclusion : Phosgene intoxication could induce liver free radical injury in rabbits,UBIO therapy might have obviously protective effect,and it could be used as a treatment or an adjuvant treatment for acute phosgene intoxication.
